Wiltshire Council’s Cabinet has approved a ‘Setting Study for the Stonehenge and Avebury World Heritage Site’ (WHS) which, if adopted by Full Council, can ensure that developments in Wiltshire do not adversely impact the internationally significant monuments and area.

Pathways to Planning seeks ‘Expression of Interest’ from Councils for September 2026 ‘New Starters’
Pathways to Planning is now welcoming councils to express interest the programme’s fourth cohort, while Last year, over 2,150 candidates applied to the programme, with the top 10-15% of those progressing to council interviews.
