IHBC features ‘Heritage from the doorstep’:  Westminster Council launches ‘Retrofit First’ policy & more in City Plan Partial Review

Westminster City Council has published its ‘City Plan Partial Review’, setting out strengthened planning policies on retrofitting, affordable housing, with a new Retrofit First policy, requiring developers to explore options for retrofitting etc. before seeking permission for demolition etc.’
