Will Self on 70 years of planning to ease conflict… the 1947 T&CPA on the BBC
The BBC currently features Will Self as he walks the London green belt in search of the 1947 Town and Country Planning Act (T&CPA), which he argues tried to end the post war British conflict between field and city.
