Garden City competition

An international student competition which seeks to inspire a new generation of garden city pioneers has been launched as part of the centenary celebrations of the International Federation of Housing and Planning (IFHP)

The Town and Country Planning Association (TCPA) is the lead UK member of the Federation. TCPA chief executive Kate Henderson said: ‘A century after Ebenezer Howard founded the IFHP this student competition will seek to inspire and generate new visionary ideas about what a 21st century garden city would look like.’
