165 schemes have been shortlisted for the ‘Builders Finance Fund’ shortlist, the HCA and DCLG scheme designed to help assist smaller housing developers.
HCA writes:
Expressions of interest to bid for the Builders Finance Fund will reopen at the end of September 2014. Bidding will be open on a continuous basis until the end of March 2015. Bids will be assessed and prioritised against the criteria set out in the prospectus and where applicable will be allocated to the shortlist on a first come first serve basis. Further information on the terms and conditions of bidding including how to access the new forms will be provided on this website before the end of September.
