EH CABE joint report on heritage appraisals & regeneration

‘Character and identity Townscape and heritage appraisals in housing market renewal areas’ is a report, co-published by CABE and English Heritage, to reflect the desire of both agencies to ensure a good process for addressing character and identity. It focuses specifically on the experience of planning for regeneration in housing market renewal (HMR) areas. Both CABE and English Heritage see townscape and heritage appraisals as a positive contribution to the planning process.
