As agreed at the 2008 AGM, the HTF is seeking to appoint a Chair with effect from 1st November 2009. The commitment is expected to be for between 100-150 days per year, but will be determined by the skills and aptitudes of the appointee. Expressions of interest are invited from those with a professional background in Environment or Heritage related disciplines. Experience at a senior level in Local Government would be an advantage, as would experience in securing sponsorship and/or fund raising. In the first instance please send a CV and letter of interest stating the reasons for wishing to be considered, the skills you would bring to the post and demonstrating an understanding of the organisation and the sector within which it operates.
