The ‘Social Value Benchmarking Study’, has been published which evaluated the reported outcomes from a sample of over 1,400 projects from the construction sector completed over the past seven years and ranging in size from around £10,000 to over £1.4 billion.

This benchmarking study evaluated the reported outcomes from a sample of over 1,400 projects from the construction sector completed over the past seven years and ranging in size from around £10,000 to over £1.4 billion. We identified that the aggregate Social and Local Economic Value (SLEV) reported as a percentage of the reported project construction cost was over 24%.
