A Co Down company has today been fined for unauthorised part demolition and subsequent works to a listed building. Sandybay Associates of 91 Warren Road, Donaghadee pleaded guilty at Newtownards Magistrates’ Court to the unauthorised works to a Grade B2 listed building at 33-35 New Road, Donaghadee and was fined £5,000 plus £87 court costs. The Planning Service brought the action under Article 44 of the Planning (NI) Order 1991.
