Carole Souter, Master of St Cross College, Oxford, was previously the Chief Executive of the National Heritage Memorial Fund and Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) – now the National Lottery Heritage Fund – leading national heritage funding bodies in the UK, and she will explore heritage roles, resources and more, with local and global implications, for the ‘Community’.

… As well as holding numerous voluntary posts and honorary positions, Carole has been the guest judge for the IHBC’s Gus Astley Student Award in 2017, and currently serves as the Chair of the Planning Committee of the Oxford Preservation Trust.
