BEFS consults on HEACS’ recommendations for HE Champion

Built Environment Forum Scotland. the link body for Scotland’s built environment NGOs, is consulting with its members on HEACS’ recommendation that it should re-constitute itself as an exclusively historic environment body. The BEFS board has made an interim response, and has opened discussions with members on:
– BEFS’ ‘built’ environment remit
– the needs of the sector
– how best to deliver these needs
