The IHBC writes
The launch of the new National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF), setting out the government’s planning policies for plan-making and decision-making in England, on 17 August has divided opinions and triggered debate.
The new NPPF contains a number of significant changes to earlier iterations which are being studied and reviewed by the IHBC and its members.
Join the IHBC’s NPPF Zoom discussion on Tuesday 1st September at 4:00pm to explore the competing perspectives and practical impacts of the NPPF.
Roy Lewis, IHBC’S Policy Committee Chair, said: ‘The Policy Committee is holding an online discussion to gather thoughts on the NPPF and to help inform more formal discussion and assessment by the IHBC’.
‘This is a great opportunity to air your concerns and pass on interpretations or just a chance to get to grips with the content.’
‘So please join us on Tuesday to add your opinion; hear the concerns or positive thoughts of others; help finalise your own private or organisation responses; and help inform future IHBC.’
