The CIBSE (Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers) 2018 Building Performance Awards winners have been announced and the University of Oxford won the Building Performance Champion title for its ambitious Carbon Reduction Programme which aims to reduce the university’s direct carbon emissions by 33% by 2020 against a 2005/06 baseline.
