Plans for a mixed-used redevelopment of a site opposite Hampton Court Palace could be in jeopardy after a judge granted a hearing into a legal challenge against the proposals.
Keith Garner, who worked as a consultant to Historic Royal Palaces for ten years, is fighting the plans to redevelop Hampton Court station and the Jolly Boatman site.
