IHBC highlights CMA finding of ‘fundamental concerns in GB housebuilding market’… ‘under-resourced planning depts’ & ‘privatisation of public amenities’ etc.
The IHBC’s President welcomed the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) housebuilding market research study across England, Scotland, and Wales, which highlights ‘fundamental concerns’ in the market, including under-resourced planning departments & privatised amenities.
