The IHBC, a member of the Climate Heritage Network (CHN), has welcomed the CHN update on the 2023 UN Climate Change conference (COP28) in Dubai, hosted by the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and running from 30/11 to 12/12.

Proposed changes to laws on developments will weaken environmental protections, warns OEP
