Ministerial response to BEFS’ call for Cultural Heritage Protection post-Brexit: ‘Environmental’ harm IS ‘Amenity’ harm!
Scottish Ministers have responded to the Built Environment Forum Scotland (BEFS) call to protect cultural heritage post-Brexit, specifying that ‘[E]nvironmental harm’ includes damage to property and impairment of, or interference with, amenities…’.
