Southbank Centre issued with a COI again as DCMS turns down listing recommendation again

The Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) has turned down the landmark brutalist Southbank Centre for listing and issued a Certificate of Immunity (COI), which means that the building cannot be reassessed again for another five years.
