The Derbyshire Telegraph has reported on how the historic Derbyshire Grade II* (GII*) listed Wingfield Station, built in 1840 and one of the world’s oldest surviving railway stations, is to be rescued.

IHBC’s view to County Down: Knock Iveagh wind turbine challenge ‘fatally undermined’
A government department responsible for heritage sites did not go to court over a controversial planning decision at an ancient monument because its grounds for an injunction had been ‘fatally undermined’ by previous decisions.
