A man has been charged in connection with an explosion at the constituency office of Planning Minister Nick Boles, a Lincolnshire MP. Minor damage was done to the offices at Burghley Street, Bourne, in the early hours of Monday. No one was hurt. Police have charged a 24-year-old from Bourne with criminal damage with intent to endanger life.
