The latest edition of the ‘Historic Environment Overview’ has been issued by Historic Environment Forum (HEF), with support from Historic England (HE).

HE writes:

In mid-2022 the Heritage Sector Resilience Plan 2022-2024 was published by the Historic Environment Forum (HEF), with support from Historic England.

The plan aimed to bolster sector recovery in the wake of the pandemic, to ensure a strong and strategically connected historic environment sector capable of delivering public value through heritage. The Historic Environment Overview is part of Heritage Counts, the annual audit of England’s heritage first published in 2002.
