Guests and Victorian Society (Vic Soc) staff joined the Revd Lis Goddard and the team of St James the Less to mark G E Street’s bicentenary with a gala fundraising dinner to ‘restore Street’s first commission in London’.

The dinner is the beginning of the fundraising campaign to restore Street’s first commission in London. The church’s team need to raise £1.5 million – bookmark this link to support the campaign. The speaker was Dominic Grieve, a former attorney general, who spoke about St James the Less and the Royal Courts of Justice. Street events continue until November this year.
