As we get closer to the Annual School itself, which will be held in Reading this year (12th-15th June), we will be joined by Richard Bennett and Evelyn Williams, on behalf of Reading Civic Society, who will be offering their perspective on 60 years of conservation and change in Reading, with ‘Heritage and Conservation in Reading: a perspective on 60 years of change and development’.
This session will be a great introduction to the recent development of Reading, setting the scene for the upcoming annual school, whilst providing an opportunity to explore some of the ways in which Civic Societies and communities can positively influence the heritage and conservation of their areas.
This session is free to attend and open to all. It also contributes towards your CPD!
