Highly-motivated professionals from a range of backgrounds and with expertise in planning and/or other land-use related disciplines are being sought to help deliver appeals casework (and thereby sustainable development) and to contribute to the Government’s modernisation of the planning system in England and Wales. The closing date for applications is 18 April 2012.

The Planning Inspectorate’s core work is examining Development Plans and determining appeals. From April 2012, this remit will expand to include the examination of National Infrastructure Development proposals.
