The National Refurbishment Centre will launch its new web portal at Housing 2011 inHarrogate on 21 June.
Users of this free tool can learn from the experiences of their housing peers on refurbishment projects from across the UK. Aimed at housing stock managers and other construction professionals, the portal will provide access to an evidence base of knowledge related to the cost of a range of retrofit activities and their associated carbon and energy savings.
