There is an opportunity to get up close and personal at the Tower of London as Historic Royal Palaces continues to preserve and secure the great Norman Fortress, Tower of London through a new conservation project; the Flint Tower.
In May 2011, a team of passionate, skilled stonemasons will be cleaning and repairing the fabric of the Flint Tower and once again we are opening the conservation site to colleges and university groups.
This is an opportunity for you and students to engage with a part of King Henry III’s defence, the Flint Tower and learn from the conservation work of our experts. The Tower Education Service can devise bespoke talks and tour designed to suit your course and programme needs.
