The final vote on the Planning (Scotland) Bill took place on 20 June 2019 – after 3 days of vigorous debate – with the Bill passing 78:26, supported by the SNP and Conservative MSPs, with Labour, Liberal and Green Party members voting against, while BEFS Director Euan Leitch has also offered reflections on responses to the Bill.
