DCMS survey: Contactless technology to take donations – closing 31/08

websiteEngland’s Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport (DCMS) is keen to learn about how organisations have used contactless technology to take donations, and seek responses to a short survey (4 questions) closing on 31 August.

The Heritage Alliance writes:

Officials at DCMS are interested in learning more about how cultural organisations and institutions have used contactless technology to take donations from visitors and the general public as part of their development strategies.

They have asked us to share a short survey (4 questions) with organisations that are active or have an interest in this area. They ask respondents to complete the survey no later than 31st August.

The responses will inform DCMS’s thinking on the maturity of this technology and help increase its knowledge of how and where contactless has been used. Respondents are able to input contact details if they are interested in having more detailed discussions about their experiences but this is not mandatory. Contact information will not be shared beyond the core team.

You can find the survey at this link.
