IHBC consultation response as HE’s revised GPA Note 3 title includes ‘Views’ with ‘Setting’

Historic England’s (HE’s) revision of its Good Practice Advice (GPA) Note 3, ‘The Setting of Heritage Assets’ specifies ‘views’ in its proposed new title and content, to recognise planning issues not covered in the original document, while the IHBC’s consultations response offers further observations on the proposed new content.
