IHBC features ‘Heritage from the doorstep’: Wyke Regis man sentenced over non-compliance with planning enforcement notice
Dorset Council secured a successful prosecution in court recently, as a Weymouth resident was sentenced for failing to comply with a Planning Enforcement Notice for using agricultural land for leisure purposes without planning permission, reports The Dorset Eye.
