CITB provides major investment for rural Scotland to reduce skills gap

The Scottish Academy for Construction Opportunities (SACO) commission supported by The Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) – has progressed two successful bids, awarding a total of £1.3m across the Highlands and Islands.
