The Commons Communities and Local Government Committee has launched an inquiry into community engagement rights, with a deadline of 2.00pm on 4 September 2014.
This includes measures recently introduced via the Government’s localism agenda like the Community Right to Challenge, to Bid, to Build and to Reclaim Land.
