The IHBC has welcomed the establishment of a new employer-led Foundation Degree (FD) course at the University of Gloucestershire, entitled ‘Care of older buildings’, run jointly with the National Heritage Training Academy (NHTA) (SW).
IHBC Director Sean O’Reilly said: ‘We’re delighted that the organisers have been able to lead successfully in establishing this new course with the university. The flexible modular structure also means that it can have the widest reach for prospective users, many of whom will include current and future IHBC members seeking dedicated CPD support and resources’.
