Section 106 agreement contributions to refurbish Grade II* listed airship sheds and a contribution to local housing-supply targets were deemed to outweigh the negative aspects of the planned development in the vicinity of RAF Cardington.
Two applications were under consideration, one for detailed consent for 167 homes and another for full consent for 306 homes and outline consent for 119 homes.
