The Director of Civic Voice, Steve Graham, has left in a re-structuring of the body.
Paula Ridley, Civic Voice Chair, writes:
As part of a regular review of finances the Trustees have decided to adopt a new staffing structure for Civic Voice. To this end, the post of Director has been discontinued and Steve Graham has left the organisation. Trustees paid tribute to Steve’s contribution to Civic Voice in a difficult economic climate and expressed their regret at his departure.
Ian Harvey and Gill Roxborough remain in their existing posts and Ian will be provided with additional administrative support. Trustees and staff will continue to work hard to generate additional funding and support for Civic Voice.
The staffing changes will enable the organisation to go forward on a more financially sustainable basis with a much higher proportion of income generated within the movement.
We look forward to building on the success of Civic Voice and our programme for this year including meetings with MPs, campaigns, workshops and our AGM.
