In 2022, UK Construction Week conducted an industry-wide survey to better understand the UK’s construction skills landscape. At the time, 26% of respondents felt that better careers advice in schools and colleges was the key to tackling the industry’s skills gap.
Now, we’re revisiting the survey to see how views have changed and whether the industry needs a reset.
