Plans in Berlin to tear down one of the last remnants of Adolf Hitler’s power centre, of which almost nothing remains except a bunker to build flats and offices are causing problems, reports BBC News.

He wants to work with the Holocaust Museum to turn the site into a museum and memorial site…
… the council said. ‘In view of its potential significance as a historic monument, its state of preservation and its inclusion on the list of listed buildings should be assessed by the State Office for the Preservation of Historical Monuments.’
