- The development and launch of the refreshed Heritage Sector Resilience Plan 2025–35, setting out a long?term roadmap towards a stronger heritage ecosystem.
- The publication of the annual Historic Environment Overview report, a Heritage Counts product created through collaborative contributions from across the sector.
- The establishment of two new Task Groups focusing on Financial Resilience and Relevance.
- Strong engagement across HEF meetings and events, reflecting the commitment of the Forum’s 24 member organisations to building a more joined?up sector over the longer term.
- Ongoing work to improve HEF’s internal processes and expand its communications reach, including growth in visits to the Forum website and open rates for The Resilience Review newsletter that outperform industry benchmarks.
