PAS survey asks: ‘Local plans: what’s the real picture?’

England’s Planning Advisory Service (PAS) has commissioned Arup to help understand what how local plans are progressing following the recent policy changes, and says ‘you may receive a call from them soon to ask a few quick questions about your planning position and intentions for next steps’.

Pas writes:
We’re trying to get a real feel for where authorities are with their plans and housing supply. This will help us (and others) to understand the national picture and help us focus our work appropriately. So Arup, on our behalf, are going to find out. If you get a call from them asking about where you are, future timescale, and a few other things, we’d really appreciate it if you gave them 10 minutes of your time. If you’ve ever had a free lunch at one of our events…. think of this as a little thank you! And of course, we’ll share our findings with the sector.
