‘Creative Health: UK & Ireland State of the Sector Survey’ is for everyone working, volunteering or engaging with creative health in the UK or Ireland.

The whole survey should take no more than 30 minutes to complete. All the questions are optional, please just tell us what you can – it’s all important. If you’re replying on behalf of an organisation, you might want to have your previous year’s accounts available for questions about your income and earnings. All of your contributions and the information you share with us will be anonymous.
Survey responses are stored and processed in compliance with the?General Data Protection Regulations (2018). Please take care not to identify yourself in any open questions. Anonymised data will be shared with all the regional partners identified on the Survey.
This anonymised data may be analysed for use in publications (e.g., reports) and shared as part of knowledge-exchange activities (e.g., conferences). Your responses are crucial for helping us understand how we can help the sector thrive. Please read about how we’ve used previous surveys here.
