The National Trust (NT) is holding the third of its ‘Specification Writing’ workshops on Thursday 27 September and is offering up to 10 places for IHBC members at a subsidised rate of £50 for the day.
The draft programme, subject to change, includes tea and coffee at 09.10, lunch at 13.00, and finishes at approximately 16.30. It covers:

· Types of Building Specification with Paul Coleman
· Cottage Refurbishment Specifications with Paul Coleman
· Components of a Specification with Alan Gardner
· Specification case study with Alan Gardner
· Practical session – Specification writing for metalwork and window repairs
· Resources
· Feedback and summary
The event will take place in the Bennett Room at New Inn, Stowe.
