The Building Safety Regulator (BSR) has published a suite of updated guidance concerning the building control approval application process for new higher risk buildings (HRBs).
Construction Leadership Council writes:
… The BSR has also indicated that where applicants are submitting several applications for related projects then the applicant should cross-reference all application numbers. This will allow the BSR to ensure coordination and support multi-disciplinary teams. This latest guidance compliments the wider work of the CLC and BSR.
