IHBC features ‘Heritage from the doorstep’: Iconic Round House building renovation to begin in Evesham

Work is set to begin on an iconic Round House building in the town centre that has been covered in scaffolding for more than a year, reports The Evesham Journal.

The Evesham Journal writes:

… renovation work for the Round House building in Evesham will start this month…. Despite leaving Evesham, NatWest in Bridge Street has been committed to staying in Round House until the renovations have finished….

… The project has faced delays for several reasons, including the availability of the roof slates due to national shortages.

Dipesh Mistry, regional director, NatWest Group, said: ‘… Alongside these restoration works, we will be working with the senior leadership of Wychavon District Council to develop a long-term plan for this building….’
