A businessman who wrapped a giant red ribbon around his Cardiff restaurant has been told to remove it by council officials.
Adam Pledger put up the 19-metre red bow on the listed building to attract customers to the Park House in Cardiff city centre.
He said the Grade l listed property had not been damaged. But the planning authority said any alterations to the property required listed building consent and failure to remove the bow would result in legal action.
