Architects Salary Report: What are the average salary levels within the architecture industry?

The Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) Jobs Salary Report provides the average salaries for those who work in RIBA Chartered Practices, by region and practice size.

RIBA writes:

…. Key trends revealed in the 2024 RIBA Business Benchmarking report include:

  • Overall revenue up again (by 13 per cent), topping £4 billion for the first time
  • Overseas income growth accelerating, up by 25 per cent to reach over £900 million
  • With an 8 per cent increase, Chartered Practice staff now number more than 40,000
  • Average pay continues to rise for most categories of staff
