MHCLG Demolition and retrofit survey launched to inform England’s National Planning Policy: Open to 31/10

A new  survey from the Ministry for Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) on the future of national planning policy, specifically regarding the demolition, redevelopment, and retrofit of buildings, has been launched.

MHCLG writes:

Welcome and thank you for taking part in this survey focused on national planning legislation, policy and guidance for decisions involving demolishing and redeveloping or retrofitting buildings.

The survey is being conducted by Verian on behalf of the Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government (MHCLG), previously the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC).

We know how busy people are, so your responses are appreciated. The data collected from this survey will allow us to collect robust evidence quickly, and in turn will be used to inform key policy development. The survey will take around 10-15 minutes to complete. Participation in this research is completely voluntary and confidential and will not affect your dealings with MHCLG. You have the right to withdraw at any time. MHCLG will not be able to identify any individuals from the answers given and all data will be used in an anonymised format.
