A family who illegally built a wooden house in Surrey woodland in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) have been granted a Certificate of Lawful Use by Mole Valley District Council.
Horse trainer Daniel Brown, his wife Jessica and their three children have lived in the secluded house, off Longmore Lane, Westcott, since 2007.
