The Royal Commission on the Ancient and Historical monuments of Scotland has issued an update on the progress of its review.
RCAHMS writes:
In November 2011, the Cabinet Secretary for Culture and External Affairs, Fiona Hyslop, commissioned Historic Scotland to undertake a strategic options appraisal on the future of RCAHMS. This review is expected to be completed in the spring of 2012.
