IHBC’s John Edwards to join the Cadw team

IHBC Wales Branch Committee member John Edwards is to leave his post in English Hertage to take up a new role with Cadw as Assistant Director, responsible for building conservation.

John said: ‘ As Cadw’s lead on building conservation issues I will continue with many of the issues I was concerned with at English Heritage, as well as managing 120 historic properties, which includes 5 world heritage sites.  Usefully, too, Cadw is happy for me to continue with the IHBC Wales committee.’
