Scotland’s new BAR co-ordinator for HS-AHF


Historic Scotland (HS) and The Architectural Heritage Fund (AHF) are pleased to announce that Dr Stuart Eydmann IHBC will be the Co-ordinator of the Buildings At Risk Initiative from April 2011 for three years.

 

Based in Edinburgh, Stuart Eydmann is a highly-experienced conservation professional, until recently leading on conservation for West Lothian Counciland currently Convenor of the IHBC’s Scotland Branch.

 

The Buildings at Risk Initiative is funded by Historic Scotland and managed by The Architectural Heritage Fund, and is intended to bring key stakeholders together to look at ways to tackle Scotland’s most endangered historic buildings, in response to the Scottish Government’s National Performance Framework Indicator for the historic environment.
